Students develop ideas for a business and then create a strategy and plan to start a business. Students learn the core components required to set a new business up for success and bring an idea to life.
MGT410 - Organisational Leadership
Students learn what it means to be a leader that people want to follow. The course explores how to make good decisions in different contexts, how to effectively develop and nurture a team, and how to enable individuals to maximize their contributions to the organization.
MGT500 - Decision Making Management
This course examines how to lead and make decisions, especially under conditions of uncertainty. Students will solve problems and complete cases to delve into decision-making processes. The concept of leadership is explored in many different business contexts.
