The Professional Development Institute is continually looking to expand its roster of instructors from the large pool of highly qualified and talented individuals residing in the Kabul area.

Instructors are typically professionals working in the community, who are also subject matter experts in one of the Institute’s areas of specialization. Often instructors have a graduate degree in the field from an accredited university, several years of professional experience, as well as experience developing and conducting training.

Instructors are responsible for reviewing and adapting training to the audience, delivering training according to the Institute’s teaching methodology, and occasionally developing training materials. Training is most often conducted by a team, but in the case of short seminars, can also be entrusted to a sole instructor.
