The American University of Afghanistan will hold a series of awareness and fundraising events in the summer and autumn of 2008.

Held in conjunction with the acclaimed art exhibit Afghanistan: Hidden Treasures from the National Museum, Kabul, the awareness and fundraising events will take place in a number of US cities, including Washington D.C., Houston, and San Francisco.

Learn more about the culture and traditions of Afghanistan as well as higher education in the country by attending the event closest to you. Participants will have the opportunity to meet AUAF students and staff for a firsthand account of Afghanistan’s progress in recent years.
